Hi,
short story: last night I arrived at home and one of my coachees (we have had one discussion somewhere in December, when I was using scaling questions) called me and said that she feels very well, she obtained high results, she thanks me and said that she will not continue. My first reflex was to say something about "what happened". Instead of this reaction I congratulated and wish her good luck. If you may allow this: brief coaching is within ourselves; it is just a matter of happening, of letting go...

How did you do that, George? You had a successful coaching-relationship even under the average of 2.4 meetings!!
And how you managed just to congratulate the client instead of asking potentially sales-supporting questions, this I can see: it’s in you, as you write, it’s your generosity, seems to me.

Wow, George!
